Donations

We encourage you to Support and donate to Theophilus Michael Inc because it is a pledge to help bridge the digital divide between the developed and developing nations. Theophilus Michael Inc is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization.

We receive three kinds of donations:

Cash donations

Cash donations are used to pay our staff and send volunteers abroad for a duration ranging between 3 months to 24 months.

Computer Donations

Computer donations constitute desktop computers with flat screen monitors, laptops, servers(blades and towers). These equipment are donated directly to school and community organizations such as health centers, libraries etc. Volunteers are send in to evaluate the IT needs of these organizations and design appropriate IT system for them. Other volunteers are send in to deploy, implement and train management personnel.

Network Equipment donations.

These will be donated towards the following purpose:

Connecting universities, colleges, secondary schools and primary schools with Information Communication Technologies.
Connecting scientific and research centers with Information Communication Technologies.
Connecting villages with Information Communication Technologies and establishing community access points.
Connecting all local and central government departments and establish websites and email addresses.
Connecting health centers and hospitals with Information Communication Technologies. This may reflect a greater belief in those regions of the potential that Information Communication Technologies hold for extending health services to people in remote or less developed areas.
Connecting public libraries, cultural centers, museums, post offices and archives with Information Communication Technologies.
